1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we process:
- your name and email address;
- your website address;
- your monthly ad budget range and whether you already use Google Ads;
- your phone number and comment, if you provide them.
Together with the enquiry we store technical values: UTM parameters and the Google click identifier (gclid), so we know where the enquiry came from. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google may collect additional browsing data (see the Cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing the free audit: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Performing a contract and keeping accounts, if we start working together: contract performance and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- Protecting the website from spam: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and advertising conversion measurement: your consent only (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Recipients
The following processors help us handle data, under data processing terms:
- Resend: sending enquiry and confirmation emails;
- Cloudflare Turnstile: protection against automated spam in the form;
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Ads): analytics and ad measurement, only with your consent;

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of these providers are established outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. In such cases data is transferred under a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
- Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact if no contract is concluded [OWNER INPUT: confirm period].
- Contract and accounting documents are kept for as long as the laws of the Republic of Lithuania require.
- Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email [OWNER INPUT: email]. We will reply within 30 days.
